"Santa Fe Northern 2926"
This locomotive is currently being restored in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Work progresses quickly on it and with a little luck will be seen on the rails in the very near future. The engine is in good hands and the dedicated, and talented, bunch are working constantly on her. At 121 feet in length the Santa Fe had some of the largest locomotives in the 4-8-4 class and this is a prime example. I pictured her sitting in front of the Belen, NM station, which is also restored.
You to can help!
Part of the proceeds from the sale of these prints go towards the restoration of this engine. So, if you would like to help out this preservation cause now is your chance. Costs for something like this are huge and every cent counts!

Speeding along the tracks at over 100mph it was a sight to see in action. Highly detailed this will look great hanging in any memorabilia collection or in the train room over the layout.
