In case you skip through most of the text on this site, just to get to the images, I am the artist of everything you see pictured here. You are not buying through a middle-man and that is why my prints are so reasonable in price. I don't have to mark them up to cover having someone handle them for me, and I pass the savings on to you. So, be assured when you purchase a print you are getting it direct from the source, which means I proof everything before it goes out for the best quality.

I have been a professional artist for over 15 years now. I have won numerous awards in national and international competitions. My love of drawing goes back to my childhood. I took some college art classes, but I am primarily self-taught. Over the past 10 years my primary subject focus has been trains/railroads. However, I have always loved nature and animals and wanted to give it a try. I did my first wildlife drawing about a year ago, enjoyed it, and have been working with this subject matter along with the trains ever since. I have found several other subjects enjoyable as well and you will find those in the links to the left as well.

I work entirely with graphite or colored pencil and each work takes anywhere from 15-20 hours to do. I research each subject and try to get things as accurate as possible, (i.e. color, markings, proportions etc.). I draw on a cold pressed illustration board, this has always given me my best results.

All prints are on 70-100 pound, museum quality paper and come signed and numbered. This is how I produced my railroad prints which worked best for keeping and increasing their value. You will find print sizes listed with each image along with the price. Most series are 300-500 prints and when sold out, will be retired. There are also limited artist proof prints available for most images. As most collectors know, these are the most valuable in any series of prints. No image on this site may be reproduced for any reason. The artist, Lance Bukove, retains all copyright on all prints/images and site content.

We have a limited number of originals available. Write us if you would like to have the current list that are for sale. We retain all copyrights to the images, no reproductions may be made from them when purchased.

It never ceases to amaze me how beautiful the world is that God has given us. Each time my wife and I go out on a photo shoot, we marvel at the many wonders. We thank God every day for allowing us to experience and share this beauty with others through my art. He is, after all, the ultimate artist and I hope to depict His works to the best of my ability.
